A 5 Star service ! I must say from the moment I ordered my bike to delivery and assembly this company showed its professionalism from start to finish. They even put a gym floor into my outside shed which has been a tremendous addition, I cannot find fault with my purchase and subsequent service. A super company to deal with !

I recently purchased a product and after I assembled the product, I noticed something that seemed totally off and I brought it straight to the attention of customer service. I explained the product seemed to look like a manufacturing fault and that it didn’t sit right attached to the second piece of equipment. Customer service(Caoimhe) brought the issue to one of the owners attention and he immediately contacted me. When he contacted me, he told me I brought it to his attention and it was in-fact a manufacturing fault and then went above and beyond to resolve the matter. Paul was the name of the gentleman that resolved my complaint within one phone call.! Paul also put my mind at ease when he told me I could contact him if I have any other issue. I will definitely be returning for more equipment.

Absolutely fantastic customer Service. I accidentally purchased two sets of the same size dumbells. Aoife in customer service was so helpful and arranged a courier to pick up the spare set and to be refunded. Would definitely reccomend shopping for any of your gym equipment with them.

Recently bought the 30kg Hammertone dumbells. These arrive in two separate boxes. The delivery driver only delivered one box and, as DPD are impossible to contact, I rang McSport customer service instead. They followed up with DPD themselves and I had the box the following day. Unfortunately, the box had three holes in it which allowed four of the plates to fall out on their journey around the Midlands in the DPD van. I emailed McSport again and explained what happened. Two days later, I received the replacement weights. Even though it wasn't McSports fault, they rectified the situation immediately. Took a bit longer than I hoped to receive the weights but absolutely no fault of McSports. Great customer service and will definitely purchase off them again.

I was let down with an order I had from a different company and as it was my son’s birthday present I rang MC SPORT to see how long delivery takes I explained what happened and the lady I was speaking to called Dawn who was so nice said she will dispatch it straight away, got it the next day, great company will definitely be ordering again

Great service, made a few different orders over the last few week's. Each order has been good quality and quick delivery. Since the pandemic a lot of places have been out of stock so had to order with multiple sites to get what I wanted and mcsport.ie have been by far the smoothest and easiest to deal with. I will shop with them again.

Got set of 25kg hit adjustable dumbbells great product love them easy to use getting great workouts with them only hope they last a coupleof years ha ha . Ordered last monday here last Thursday morning so delivery quick will definitely be buying more equipment from again.

Received the wrong order. Sent an email and spoke with Caoimhe. She couldn't be more helpful. Sent correct order the next day along with a free gift. Mistakes happen but its how you treat your customers when things go wrong that matters. Well done McSport. Will definately be passing on my good experience.
